Tim McGilton's 1970 Camaro
The Car: A 1970 Camaro that will be receiving the full DSE catalog of parts as well as a Kurt Urban performance engine and Jet-Hot Coatings throughout.
The Project: This will be a Transformation of a 1970 Camaro into a Pro-Touring track car for the American Street Car series and Goodguys Autocross events and hopefully a participant at the Optima Ultimate Street Car Invitational in the near future.
The Owner: Tim McGilton is from the same gearhead family that brings you Jet Hot performance coatings. Tim is more than an enthusiast that has a few hot rods, he is also a talented person in his own right outside of the Jet Hot business. When he wanted to build this track car from his 1970 Camaro he knew it needed the DSE chassis /suspension and DSE crew to pull off what he needed. Look for Tim and this car at a track near you in 2012.
